Slightly smaller than the blackbird - 9 inches cms against 10 inches - of the size of the mistle thrush, distinguish himself from the redwing by the absence of clear eyebrow and the reddish sides. |

Of instinct, the young song thrushes in age to fly get used to throwing snail shells on stones, to burst them. Then they consume soft flesh of gastropods. Later, the song thrush throws devolved sound on a cliff which becomes its " studio with snails " where, in time, accumulates a pile of broken shells.
